The good thingsGood co-workers, considerate boss, and good salary. The perks and benefits are good. Even working hours are great. However, there is office politic that need to be caution and some big shots have the power to made you resign the next day. So be careful of what going to say in front of some big shots.

The challengesThe responsibilities of working as a team in a department. The working ethics will need improvement and probably will need to work on communication between departments as many misinformation can lead to disaster.
