    Convenient workplace, but limited opportunities for professional growth
    The good thingsI have really enjoyed the time and money saved by working here, as the workplace is very close to my home. Being nearby has reduced my commuting time and transportation costs and can maintain work life balance sometimes.
    The challengesSince joining, there has been no professional growth, as I remain in the same position without clear development or promotion opportunities. This is inconsistent with progress seen in other departments, particularly HR, and feels unfair to staff in other teams.

    The good thingsThis is an excellent place for learning and professional growth, providing access to advanced technologies and diverse expertise. It offers a good work-life balance, which is a significant improvement compared to my previous roles in manufacturing.
    The challengesThe main challenge lies in harmonizing policies and procedures to streamline processes across different departments. Improvements in family medical benefits would enhance the overall staff experience.

    Interesting at first, but became quite stressful with quite a amount of workload
    The good thingsMy department colleagues are quite united and friendly. We always try to help each other when we have difficulties and try to reduce each other's workload. We also do not have OT.
    The challengesThe amount of workload keeps piling up from time to time, as we do not have a specific job description for our role/department. Because we are a new department, the amount of stuff that we have to do is sometimes overwhelming which results in a decrease in effectiveness and quality.

    It was a great experience for student who is just starting to learn about the ropes in a working environment.
    The good thingsThe environment was healthy and it was easy to work with everyone. It gave me a good sense of what to do when working in the accommodation department that deals with tenants, maintenance, and the central administration of the campus.
    The challengesThe system used when checking-in tenants are sometimes inefficient which will lead to a delay in the check-in process.
