Equal high and low tides of Job experienceThe good thingsNice culture, conducive and flexible work environment with smart people at the helm, many sports, culture and social activities for staff were organized, great training programme, great area; very convenient to restaurants, malls, shops, clinic and public transport, very supportive of direct superior, free drinks are provided (Milo, coffee, tea) in the pantry.
The challengesThe staff employment status on a permanent basis would have been better rather than on a contract basis. This resulted in a high employee turnover rate and due to job security. Some departments were understaffed and overworked. Slow job advancement.
