    Great place for career boost
    The good thingsWhen I first joined here, my manager and asst manager have top notch teamwork skills. I learned a lot from them about work and about how to improve myself too. Its very hard to find that type of management in most companies and I feel like i improved so much since i joined. The chairman stresses on good planning and landscape for the office area development, so office facilities also top tier. Bonus received every year as long as you hit KPI. Salary also was a huge jump in comparison to other company offers.
    The challengesChallenges comes when coordinating with other departments. A lot of ball passing when facing an issue and can be quite frustrating sometimes. You already have a good team, but other departments can make work a bit complicated because of this.

    The good thingsMy head of department is one of the longest employees at UOA however, ready to accept ideas and always involve in many discussions. I feel that my views are heard. There is pro and cons, but I take it positively.

    The good thingsThe working culture here will challenge your limits. It helps you to get ready for the fast-pace demand in any field you are related with.
    The challengesToo much politics and toxicity among teamworkers and superiors. Weak leadership with no clear guidances. Unfair judgement on individual performance and no sincere appreciation. But overall still ok.

    Its a place for learn at fast speed
    The good thingsIf you are ambitious and make effort to learn, you will learn many things here but then after thet you will be overwhelmed with too many works. I find working here quite challenging, interesting and there are ups and down moment.
    The challengesWork assignemnet can be very messy and involved many departments and that can be very frustrating sometimes. Plus most of the managers are old staff and have old mindset.

    The good thingsvery big developer in Malaysia and stable and strong. a company that very strong in high performance for the staff and very very strict about rules to make every staff discipline. the also provide many training for the staff and must score 10 hours in this year.

    Many training, activity and teamwork
    The good thingsNowadays there are many training happening in uoa. very interesting trainings and have to achieve training hours for kpi set by hr departtment. there also organise weekly dance fitness class and is really good.
    The challengesMany new things to learn and a lot of work but as for me i dont think is is a problem or challenges as long as my manager and team members support each other.

    The good thingsAfter MCO can see many changes. Business start to be busy and everyone go back to work at office. I also happy to see the change in human resources. Now human resource more welccoming, faster and i can see more training activity happening. Hope to see more changes soon.
    The challengesSometimes to complete my task i need to go around around as many party to speak and discuss and very always take long time to make decision. But still not soo big problem to me. As long as you follow the process, and always check with your hod should no problem.

    The good thingsI am in my sixth month and the time flies so fast that I don't even notice it. UOA is a company that really measure performance and want result from the employees. Every employees must achieve four kpi this year and one of it is training and activities participation. I so look forward to my development in this company.
    The challengesI seen many employees have given feedback. As a reader, I personally think they should have the maturity to identify either the feedback are constructive info or more towards personal emotional. One of the challenge found are working with different generation under same environment with different expectation to achieve the goal of organization.

    A company to learn and grow
    The good thingsI joined last year and i must say UOA will give a lot of experience especilly for a university graduates like me. The company is very big and reputable and fast moving.
    The challengesSometime you will be loaded with many works and new tasks so really have to work fast and minimise mistakes. The rule here is very strict also.
