    Great place for career boost
    The good thingsWhen I first joined here, my manager and asst manager have top notch teamwork skills. I learned a lot from them about work and about how to improve myself too. Its very hard to find that type of management in most companies and I feel like i improved so much since i joined. The chairman stresses on good planning and landscape for the office area development, so office facilities also top tier. Bonus received every year as long as you hit KPI. Salary also was a huge jump in comparison to other company offers.
    The challengesChallenges comes when coordinating with other departments. A lot of ball passing when facing an issue and can be quite frustrating sometimes. You already have a good team, but other departments can make work a bit complicated because of this.

    Stable and strong company just the management is too conventional
    The good thingsGood locations and surrounded by all facilities. Work life balance and can go back on time everyday. But it depends on department too.
    The challengesThe management is old fashioned and mostly above retire age and still keep in running the department. The way is conventional and most old staff here will bootlicking the bosses to get good reputation and appraisal. Hope the higher management can think and see what actually really happening. Dont mean the person is always say good to u , he is good. Too many things hide at the below. Company so big so higher management maybe cant see.

    Improving though take some time
    The good thingsCan see changes so far. They are trying to improve. the company is taking care their staff. like for now they provide free lunch and not allow staff go out for lunch becoz of coronavirus. they provide free vitamin to staff for healthcare. hr also can see improve with fast respond and more clear message.
    The challengesmanager are still very micromanage and old skool mindset. there are a lot of papers amd work is a lot but still manageable.
