Good team and best management team ever
The good thingsI saw the grow of this company as the pre opening team at nexus and to see uoa hospitality grow to today is very proud feeling for me. The company is giving bonus every year, many activity for all races and staff background and they treat everyone same. Hr is good especially during mr haikal time. He like to share knowledge and easy to get near and talk to. So far so good.
The challengesAll challenges can be faces with good team work. And with help of our bosses.

Young company at a growing phase
The good thingsThe managers and top bosses are good. there are so many trainings conducted and very meaningful for us. performance is closely monitored and clearly communicated. Here, the HR Director himself always go around speaking to staff at all levels especially during lunch at staff canteen or during training himself conducted even when meeting at the road. this is so different from hotel I work before. good job.
The challengesthe expectation from bosses are sometime too much, and most of the time very busy and cost control.
