    Fast Pace , No Growth , Micromanaged , old system
    The good thingsGood colleagues, nice office , good pantry.
    The challengesHard to get AL approved. Old system and need to key in things using excel sheets. Even generate formula using Excel. No work life balance. High volume call as they said since last 2 years. Still couldn't recover the SLA until now. Always need to do forced OT or else they will minus your KPI.

    The good thingsWell company and working environment. Good, friendly college could be found here.
    The challengesDifficulty in overcome on customer's expectation. Role require a strong "mind" while assisting and provide solution to customer. Working hour in shift base (might be assign to work until midnight)

    The good thingsThe environment and colleague are best to work with. Annual leave can be taken easily and there is quite some benefits for the employee
    The challengesHowever, there will still be some work stress and sometimes and you will not get any support that you need. Management can sometimes be confusing and frustrating as well. The pay I would say is above average for fresh grade, however below average for employee after 2-3 years.
