multitasking and need to think outside of the box all the time to solve the daily issue.
The good thingswork independently and manage your own task by yourself.
The challengesmultitasking is good because you can learn a lot of thing. however there is a tendency you will be burnout because of too much task need to be solve and even you being underpaid (e.g you need to do from data entry, filling & the final report itself). This company do not have a proper organization structure. Specific staff for a specific task. The staff need to do from A to Z everything and management don't even care. They only care how to maximize the company profit for their own pocket.

Good if you are looking for comfort, bad if you are ambitious and innovative
The good thingsPeople are nice, friendly and helpful. Sr management have stayed in this company for a very long time. Very close knit staff force.
The challenges- Technology is very very outdated. Still use Lotus Inmail (inconvenience) - No innovation and change since 1960 - Substandard benefits - High boomer/Gen X population = old-school. Not suitable for young and innovative people

No career advancement, a lot of apple polishers among the top executives. The company don't prefer to reward employees with postgraduate business degree.

    Great people with great culture
The good thingsAbout the department, awesome team mates for being a good support system to me and the most kind and selfless manager I have met in my working life. About the company, friendly colleagues between different departments and bosses in a non-political working environment. Self-discipline and good learning attitude is utmost important to strive for success and growth. Never be afraid of no one to guide you, rather than you are not willing to learn!
The challengesNothing much to complain other than the salary range is competitively low. However bonus is moderately high (depending on performance).

Good for beginners who want to discover about the capital market in Malaysia.
The good thingsAny of staff and Remisiers are very friendly and willingness on teaching while you were very blur to those financial instrument. The company would provide the entire facilities under good conditions to assists you to complete your job.
The challengesThree months working period does not allow me to give any opinion on their performance. Only using mother tongue to communicate with each other might be one of the bad habits to drag down the international language level.

You Can Learn Much More Here As Your First Job
The good thingsColleagues and Managers are helpful and cheerful. U can enjoy working here with fully effort. The nearby restaurants are closer to the company and you can enjoy many types of cuisine such as : Western, Penang, Europe, Japan. The company give a lot of day leave for about 14 days and even more depends your pose there.
The challengesNew system has just renew to be used to complete daily tasks and you should probably must use your overdue time to finish your daily tasks. Old-fashioned system that need to arrange and filing all your daily tasks annoyed and stressed me. You may need to do faster and complete correctly in order to go back in time.

The good thingsThe company has a proper working place and environment for employee to work on their daily tasks. Colleagues are very helpful and kind. They will do their best and effort to guide and let you experience to know the things better. Furthermore, colleagues also gentle and nice to the staff. Moreover, the benefits are good for an employee.
The challengesI find difficulties while I started my working in this company. Most of the terms and keywords are not under my understanding. Therefore, I would need to pay attention and take up some times to learn the matter. Besides this, I found that the system of the network, social media and other electronics appliances and application should be updated in order to be one of the competitive companies.
