multitasking and need to think outside of the box all the time to solve the daily issue.
The good thingswork independently and manage your own task by yourself.
The challengesmultitasking is good because you can learn a lot of thing. however there is a tendency you will be burnout because of too much task need to be solve and even you being underpaid (e.g you need to do from data entry, filling & the final report itself). This company do not have a proper organization structure. Specific staff for a specific task. The staff need to do from A to Z everything and management don't even care. They only care how to maximize the company profit for their own pocket.

The good thingsPeople are nice, friendly and helpful. Sr management have stayed in this company for a very long time. Very close knit staff force.
The challenges- Technology is very very outdated. Still use Lotus Inmail (inconvenience)
- No innovation and change since 1960
- Substandard benefits
- High boomer/Gen X population = old-school. Not suitable for young and innovative people
