The salary is quite low, especially considering the firm is a top 10 in Malaysia. There is a noticeable gap between how employees and employers are treated. The partner tends to micromanage, which can be demotivating, and rarely offers solutions to problems. Despite the low salary (below 4K), there is no overtime allowance, even though long hours are required every day. This leaves little to no work-life balance.
