    Lack of communication each of Department. Hard to control base communication always delayed response and no actions some of staff.
    The good thingsTop management are open to discuss. But method direct to staff is not advisable. Bosses are hard working and can be back bone support each of project mitigation. This area credit to all bosses
    The challengesAttitude among staff hard to change as time management, attitude, bad influence culture. Few staff have bad attitude approach or response very rude and no manner no respect at all.
