Great staffs and internship experienceThe good thingsPeople are friendly, helpful and the team dynamic is just great in general (given that millennials constitute the majority of the workforce, communication is simplified and entertaining). Job-wise, it provides a great groundwork for learners especially in website development and graphic design so if you're keen on fields like these, this is for you. In short, I've learned more than just practical professional skills. I've garnered experiences that allow me to improve my interpersonal skills and work ethics, and also experiences that have further cultivated myself to become a better team player. Lastly, the reward system in VeecoTech is very much appreciated and motivating, good job!
The challengesAs much as I love my internship experience and as much as I have learned a lot here, I would love to think that I am capable of absorbing more information than I could. It's not surprising you can learn a lot here as certain positions are very flexible, versatile to a degree where you will learn many different things, things within your interest and beyond. It's great for people who like learning stuffs, but I simply wished that there's more structure to the job scope and more practical execution of innovative, unconventional and challenging ideas. Still, here's pretty much a sufficient training ground to learn adapting to different tasks.
