    Overall, it’s still a good place to work, with a supportive environment and no office politics. While there’s room for improvement in employee benefits and some facilities , but the experience and exposure you get here are valuable. Highly recommend for those who want a positive work culture without the drama!
    The good thingsReally enjoyed my time here! The environment is super nice, and the people are friendly and easy to work with. Got a good work-life balance, which is not easy to find these days! I was lucky to work on projects across different industries, so I got to learn a lot and gain exposure. The seniors are very helpful and patient, always willing to guide us, especially as interns. If you're looking for a place to grow and have a good experience, this company is highly recommended!
    The challengesThe employee benefits could be enhanced a bit more, and the facilities, especially the pantry, are somewhat limited. Parking can also be a challenge sometimes. Occasionally, project timelines feel quite tight, which can add some pressure.

    The good things- Good learning experience, learned lots of new skills - Opportunity to work on different projects, with clients from different industries - Helpful colleagues that are willing to share knowledge + guide you!
    The challenges- Workload can be quite heavy (but can discuss this issue with the person in charge, they're open to hearing you out) - Need to be proactive in asking questions and further instructions
