The challengesNormal for an ageing plant to have ageing asset as well, nevertheless this condition give best opportunity for young engineer to learn and to grasp troubleshooting experience when dealing with breakdown or downtime.

The management did not solve the employee safety problem transparently.

The challengesThe management did not put effort solving the problem for employee safety in lab working environment. Employee had been proven by panel doctor who high lighted that the lab working environment did affect the healthy issue of an employee. But, no immediate action done been provided by management.
