    The good thingsEveryone has the best safety awareness mindset making working experience here is safe and sound either inside or outside the plant.
    The challengesNormal for an ageing plant to have ageing asset as well, nevertheless this condition give best opportunity for young engineer to learn and to grasp troubleshooting experience when dealing with breakdown or downtime.
