    If you are under QA, run as far as you can!
    The good thingsThe people are very supportive and cooperative. Despite all hurdles, you found family (but excluding the boss)
    The challengesThe HOD is super micromanaging and loves taking all the credits. It's not what a true leader should act.

    Stress and exhaust
    The good thingsFriendly staff
    The challengesDifficult in daily routine task given and guidance always required. They are unable to move according to the management direction. High turnover rate in manpower. New comers required times for training and pick up the task, this caused delay in task completing. Engineering team and production team always arguing and not supporting for each other. Very challenging in delivering information to production and always blame other for their mistake.
