    The good things1. Execellent team work from team, operation and management team. 2. Multi level parking. 3. Performance Bonus. 4. Long Service Award Gold Pandent (now dont have). 5. Career growth, no doubt, duitable for fresh graduate.
    The challenges1. Make things happend with minumum cost, really need for you to critically think to minimize the cost. 2. Facilities is fair but not advance. There is improvement in system to increase work effectiveness. 3.

    If you are under QA, run as far as you can!
    The good thingsThe people are very supportive and cooperative. Despite all hurdles, you found family (but excluding the boss)
    The challengesThe HOD is super micromanaging and loves taking all the credits. It's not what a true leader should act.

    The good thingsyou have good free time for a coffee break, able to attend any training which you request to attend
    The challengeslack of understanding from MS team which thing they are a god in that factory. always interfere with other people's tasks., unable to understand but force people to understand their needs which they don't know anything about.
