    Overall it has been great experience especially when you have supportive colleagues and happy working environment.
    The good thingsHave supportive colleagues and a great manager, and the flexibility here promotes a healthy work-life balance. I believe I can continue to grow in this role, as I’ve already gained valuable experience and knowledge, especially considering that this is a new field I’m venturing into.
    The challengesAt times, the direction has shifted after reporting to different managers within six months. However, it has gradually improved as the structure became clearer after I began reporting to our current manager which is understandable given that our department was newly formed.

    The challengesThe benefit offered could be improved to be beneficial for long-term. The management needs to review the team's capability before jumping to a new initiative, as sometimes, the workload can be more than the team can handle at that time.

    Mix & Match, depends on how on your preferred kind of work life.
    The good things1) Friendly colleagues & superiors (Can be flexible) 2) Great office facilities (include room dedicated for Breakroom) 3) Great place to experience/learn from consistent stress & pressure (workload, not the people) 4) Repetitive work that you will get used to it in a 2-3 months. 5) Open for suggestion/improvement 6) Able to enhanced Customer Service skill along with report writing. 7) Corporate clothing is not a MUST here
    The challenges1) VERY limited manpower, especially when someone absent without 1-3 days notice (MC, Emergency Leave). 2) No overtime allowance even though you have to work overtime at an average of 4 out of 5 working days due to heavy 2-3 men workloads. 3) Constant stress & pressure from both heavy workloads and KPI pushes by management. 4) Repetitive work, if you like working in a office like a machine, this will suite you well (Not being sarcastic) 5) Its hard for you to work on work/life balance on the weekdays due to mental fatigue by the end of the day.
