Not for the faint heartedThe good thingsA lot of things to learn, a lot of problems to fix everyday. Work in a team to build/fix the app everyday. There's a project manager that deals with customers and stakeholders and need to attend their marketing events and talk to customers directly.
The challengesA startup with the CTO not knowing how to support and grow his team. He goes absent when there's a serious issue leaving everyone hanging for weeks. Attend events and deal with customers is nice but it becomes disruptive when its daily. Money is good here but I hear the support staff don't get bonus
