    The good thingsAs a fresh grad, it's a good place to start. Work life balance. experience may limited to refractive aspect (LASIK, cataract, etc.)
    The challengesnot muslim friendly, bias from the staffs to the branches, not guaranteed increment, hidden agenda, very selective.. suggest to ask around first (those who worked here)

The team at Vista consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and dedication to patient care. The environment is welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure that every patient feels comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
    The challengesMy time at Vista Eye Specialist as a Customer Care Administrator has been a rewarding journey, filled with both successes and challenges. While the experience has been largely positive, there are a few areas where navigating challenges has been part of the role. Managing High Patient Volume: At times, dealing with a high volume of patients can be overwhelming. Ensuring each patient receives timely and thorough care while managing a busy schedule requires efficient multitasking and organizational skills. Handling Patient Expectations: Patients often come with high expectations and varying degrees of understanding about their conditions and treatments. Balancing these expectations while providing realistic and compassionate care can sometimes be difficult. Resource Constraints: Occasionally, limitations in resources or staffing can impact the efficiency of operations. Finding ways to optimize workflows and ensure high-quality patient care despite these constraints is an ongoing challenge.     Best place to gain experience!
    The good things1. A great place to learn on clinical things (clinical optometrist) as you work directly with Ophthalmologist (assisted with diagnosis and treatment) 2. You can get to work with latest/ advanced optical/medical equipment and technologies. 3. You will conducted comprehensive and complete eye check-up for all age patients (including pediatric and geriatric populations) = skills and experience as working in diverse communities.
    The challenges1. There are many in-house activities such as carnival, flyer distributions, roadshow, gamification, centre decorations. These, cause extra workload and not enough staff to manage everything efficiently and everyone has to handle a lot of different tasks, which can be overwhelming at times. 2. Be ready to work over working hours. 3. It's important to have 'Yes' attitude to succeed here as the company requires you to be proactive and actively engaged.
