Best place to gain experience! The good things1. A great place to learn on clinical things (clinical optometrist) as you work directly with Ophthalmologist (assisted with diagnosis and treatment)
2. You can get to work with latest/ advanced optical/medical equipment and technologies.
3. You will conducted comprehensive and complete eye check-up for all age patients (including pediatric and geriatric populations) = skills and experience as working in diverse communities.
The challenges1. There are many in-house activities such as carnival, flyer distributions, roadshow, gamification, centre decorations. These, cause extra workload and not enough staff to manage everything efficiently and everyone has to handle a lot of different tasks, which can be overwhelming at times.
