micromanaging you will have a lot of productive tracker, time tracker, utilisation tracker, mistake tracker, they like to track but do nothing for improvement, no training given benefit you can get a half month bonus, need to pay a portion of medical claims, no team building, no annual dinner, nothing, pantry is empty run as fast as possible
The good thingspushing responsibility you can have the colleagues that push the irrelevant mistakes to you, you can receive escalation and complaints to you even you done nothing wrong and no mistakes on works, just simply mentioned you are unprofessional, they are unable to provide prove that you making mistakes
The challengespoor leadership and management the team lead don't have any people management skills, emotional, like to blame, low technical skills, not supportive, childish

There are no seniors willing to mentor, colleagues are unfriendly. Processes are messy and lengthy, and pantries are empty. Everyone is stressed and overworked. Super creepy overtime culture, no work-life balance. Very high turnover rate.
The good thingswfh benefits, flexible working hours.
The challengesNo seniors willing to mentor, colleagues are unfriendly, not fresh graduate friendly at all.

    Fast pace changing GSC
The good things- Hybrid model working hours - Salary meets market expectations - Office considered new - Underground parking
The challenges- Working hours not as per expected of a MNC - Above average stress than expected - As GSC the aim is to maximise output with resource, hence one headcount tend to handle out of capacity portfolios - Bonus is less than market

If you are about gaining good experiences, Vistra is the place.
The good thingsVistra is a great place for you to learn things and have the experience in a professional organization; it will definately boost your CV's value. The HODs are young and very nice and caring people. It's easy to work with them as the age gap is not too far away. 1 thing which all the colleagues agreed is that the people is the top reason they stay with the Company. The pantry items are great compared to many other companies out there. The HR Team is doing a great job on the engagement activities.
The challengesIf you care very much about worklife balance then this company may not suit you because it's a fast moving environment and the stress level is high. The compensation & benefits is between poor to average as one would expect a MNC type of company could do much better. Staff needs to do lots of overtime but there's no OT payment, the increment rate very low unless there's a promotion and the bonus is not even a month which triggers the high attrition rate. The opportunity for career development is vary for each department. For example, you are in a high attrition department then you chances of getting promotion would be higher and faster (provided that you are a performer as well) vs a department that is stable, the promotion comes very slow or never comes. The management will only do something when the key person terder resignation in most cases. The local management team is ok but not the top management. They do not know or care very much about what is happening on the ground and the challenges the local management is facing. The new initiatives is pushed from the top without considering the current workload of the people and some initiatives ie. APAC Star doesn't serve the true purpose.
