micromanaging you will have a lot of productive tracker, time tracker, utilisation tracker, mistake tracker, they like to track but do nothing for improvement, no training given benefit you can get a half month bonus, need to pay a portion of medical claims, no team building, no annual dinner, nothing, pantry is empty run as fast as possible
The good thingspushing responsibility you can have the colleagues that push the irrelevant mistakes to you, you can receive escalation and complaints to you even you done nothing wrong and no mistakes on works, just simply mentioned you are unprofessional, they are unable to provide prove that you making mistakes
The challengespoor leadership and management the team lead don't have any people management skills, emotional, like to blame, low technical skills, not supportive, childish

There are no seniors willing to mentor, colleagues are unfriendly. Processes are messy and lengthy, and pantries are empty. Everyone is stressed and overworked. Super creepy overtime culture, no work-life balance. Very high turnover rate.
The good thingswfh benefits, flexible working hours.
The challengesNo seniors willing to mentor, colleagues are unfriendly, not fresh graduate friendly at all.
