    The good things-Well-organised company structure, benefits for employees, Friendly staff and colleagues. Lat but not least, decent veggie lunch meal.

    Good working culture but work-life balance concern
    The good thingsGood environments, staffs are treated like family (as least in my department). Not much office politic issues (so far in my view). Seniors willing to teach and guide others when facing challenges ( but need to approach them by our own rather than waiting them to approach us).
    The challengesThe learning curve might be huge if lack of knowledge in certain domains as different knowledge is required to understand those legacy and to complete assigned tasks within timeframe. Usually those knowledge needs to learned on our own as seniors are busy with tons of tasks. (this is main source of stress when work in this company).

    The good thingsThe company Culture is enjoyable and friendly. I was able to learn a lot during my internship as well as gain professional skills.
    The challengesThe way the food is cooked is not appealing to me personally. Maybe because I'm not Malaysian.

    The good thingsThe environment here are very nice, there facility like gym room , cafe and basketball court. Hence, workers in Vitrox are able to balance between life and work.Lastly, the colleague here are very kind and friendly.
