    - an excellent place for carrier growth and job expertise
    The good things- a very good place to gain experience and start learning regarding vision system - transparency management concept applied to all employee to view company's department expenses and profit - good flow in hierarchy where more support provided for the lower positioned employee so that will not be left out. - good experience and skill improvisations in communication course through these company
    The challenges- requires to met the dateline of vision system buyoff together with the handler that requested by customer - working in a such an environment that will need to get customer's employee cooperation in order to get things done - changing layout is one of the challenges that requires to change components and parts positioning in a short period of time

    VERY BAD, especially when u already develop the whole system for the company wide to use and u still taking a fresh grad salary and no increment given even you already work over 1.5years as they mention at that time you are not entitled to the increment wow miss by 1week i need to wait a extra 1 year to get increment best job best company.

    The challengesNo training is ever provide we develop npi based on our own experience, Company direction or employee yearly direction is given by yourself you need to set what you going to do next year for this company. More responsibility is not opportunity no better increment or bonus given( except u able to become the whole company top 20 people to get a pathetic more 2-3% increment from a 3k based salary R&D engineer)

    A Place for Exploration, Learning, and Knowledge Acquisition
    The good thingsGreat people as well as the working environment. People here are more willing to teach you as long as you are interested to learn. Flexible working hours and free meals. Explore different fields and participate in valuable knowledge-sharing sessions as well as have opportunities to join volunteer events
    The challengesLaptops and working tools can be troublesome. Interns will be treated slightly differently sometimes.

    The good things--friendly people --most of the employees are young and energetic --the pay for interns are quite well --provide free lunch
    The challenges--lack of senior employees who are well-experienced --most of the employees are youngsters and fresh-grad, this would affect the progress of a project as they are having limited experience.

    The good thingsThe team was incredibly supportive, and I was given opportunities and tasks that allowed me to learn and grow. Free lunch, toll compensation and free parking spaces are big plus points.
    The challengesTiring traveling duration due to traffic congestion could be a downside that is unavoidable if you're not living in the same area.

    Impression towards Vitrox after 6 months of internship period.
    The good thingsI enjoy the working environment here and also the culture here, even our CEO Mr. Chu also stressed on building up a working environment without office politic, feedback oriented culture, inclusive decision making and feedback oriented culture. I love the flexi working hour here as well.
    The challengesAs usual, Vitrox located at industrial area, traffic jam is for sure the issue that everyone will meet, but flexi working hour helped reduced a lot of this issue.

They try to show care but they just touch and go with your well-being. Felt underappreciated. They do not respect personal time after work and weekends

    The good thingsGood environments, staffs are treated like family (as least in my department). Not much office politic issues (so far in my view). Seniors willing to teach and guide others when facing challenges ( but need to approach them by our own rather than waiting them to approach us).
    The challengesThe learning curve might be huge if lack of knowledge in certain domains as different knowledge is required to understand those legacy and to complete assigned tasks within timeframe. Usually those knowledge needs to learned on our own as seniors are busy with tons of tasks. (this is main source of stress when work in this company).

    The good thingsI love everything here at ViTrox. Some benefits are:- - A breath-taking view every morning, because of the green nature that surrounds the company - Saves money, because the prices of the food during breakfast is cheap and we get free vegetarian lunch, and most importantly it is halal. - Can develop a lot of skills, whether soft skills or practical skills. - Flexi time, can help us manage our time if we have problems on certain days - Clean environment, because of the white colour and it can relieve stress - Supportive supervisor - A lot of programs to fill in our time during our internship - ViTrox offers paid leave for our annual quota - Claimable medical expenses even for interns
    The challenges- For beginners, it may be a problem at first because of lack of experience. but within time can slowly adapt yourself in the company. - Must be quick in finding solutions because here they teach us how to find the answers on our own. - Must have self initiative to ask people about jobs and tasks.
