    Fruitful Internship Experiences
    The good thingsThe team was incredibly supportive, and I was given opportunities and tasks that allowed me to learn and grow. Free lunch, toll compensation and free parking spaces are big plus points.
    The challengesTiring traveling duration due to traffic congestion could be a downside that is unavoidable if you're not living in the same area.

    Friendly colleagues
    The good thingsThe happiest thing of work life is never going to have Monday blue. Dynamic workplace and work pace is a motivation to keep me go further. The teamwork among colleagues is great and the relationships are well bonded. Colleagues are helping each others when anyone is in need. ViTroxian practices IACTG core value and it actually soothing the tensed emotions at work. Good practices in the company.
    The challengesTeamwork is there and the work stress is there too! Fast working pace will push me to go further and the work stress increase as well. The work load relatively high. It is a good thing to keep employees motivated but sometime people will be drained out too. Employees will never have \"nothing to do\" time in ViTrox.
