    The good thingsEmployee development is good. I reach 60 wpm typing speed in English and 110 wpm typing speed in Chinese. I workplace is clean and neat. The people there are nice and friendly.

    Nice and Fun Workplace
    The good thingsGreat Colleagues and work environment, Fun place to work in and there are many company activities monthly. Basic Employee benefits covered such as a medical card, Management staff are helpful and pleasant to deal with.
    The challengesMostly self-taught or peer to peer learning, not much adequate training. Great if your self motivated bad if your training reliant. Shift based job so would have to adjust your own social life according to work schedule.

    customer service plays a very important role and it contributes toward achieving company goals
    The good thingsLearn customer service technique and skills. Work with friendly colleagues and enjoy staff welfare activities. Now i am moving forward to further my study and I will definitely keep contact with my colleagues here.
    The challengesi have no working experience in customer service, i have to learn and understand the product and provide good customer service to clients. I have learned a lot in customer service skills as well as how to communicate and work well in a team.
