Less than 1 year in the role, current employee
    Terrible top management.
The good thingsStaff below top management is very helpful & knowledgeable. Team player.
The challengesEQ must be very high as you doesn't know when that 2 top management bosses will using very bad word to scold ppl in group chat. It's a small SME company with 12 fulltime staff & few part time coaches. It will be good if they are not that bossy & willing to thirty hands with the team. Too calculative with the staff & they enjoy micromanage. the whole office with CCTV & they will monitor you from outside. Work life balance mind set, offday also you need to reply msg & answer call like 24 hours on standby or come back to work as they pay your salary.

HR MANAGERDear X General Manager, Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing your concerns, it’s clear these reflect personal perspectives rather than company-wide issues. Here are key points: Professionalism: Emotional intelligence is vital, and leaders must handle challenges constructively without overreacting. Leadership: Success requires collaboration, solutions-focused thinking, and self-reflection, not blame. Policies: Tools like CCTV ensure efficiency; interpreting them negatively is subjective. Accountability: Excuses hinder growth; effective leaders adapt, take ownership, and inspire teams. We trust you’ll embrace these principles to contribute positively.
