    if you dont mind partially of your salary "donate" back to the company, you are welcome here to let them do deduction on your pay.
    The good thingssome of the colleagues are very nice
    The challengesthey expect you to bring changes to their poor working culture, practice, and old system, but in fact they dont realize they are not ready and not willing to accept the new changes. at the end, things will blame back to you as you are not performing well for that position. this has been happened to majority of those new hired managers. in order to entitle those tiny staff benefits, you have to go thru pages of rules and regulations, terms and conditions filtration process

    The good thingsIt give new opportunity to learn even you didn't have a experience.
    The challengesManagement will against toward your personal instead your job performance. Example, your own department is doing well but it keep complain by another department that management will against you because another department keep complain. This is fun thing happen, you able arrange your team because another department complaint your team can't performance than will you be retrench. Sometime, i think each department have own position and role but management will listen the negative instead of positive. Add on, management will no give a chance for explain your own department instead listening another department advised.
