I have experience dealing with the government and can work well and learn to adapt myself to the environment and the work I receive.The good thingsI work with many branches of government. For example, I will go to the council for work related to licensing and building. I will also go to customs to apply for a license as well as matters related to import and export. Apart from that, I will also communicate with the MIDA and MITI departments regarding certain applications.
Next, I also regularly go to site visit during the process of applying for a factory license. From here I have the experience of visiting building sites and seeing the work process and learning new knowledge.
In addition, I have dealt with consultants and engineers. Indirectly I can hone my talent in AutoCad because to make a customs application is related to the plan.
Last but not least I can work in a group and accept additional work even if it is not in my field of work. As long as the work is reasonable with the salary I receive. I can learn quickly and diligently ask government employees if I want to know the progress and anything related to the work I do.
The challengesThe job scope is not related to majors I took at University Islam Technology Mara (UiTM). I accept the work with zero knowledge by learn (going/communicate) to staff of government until I can do all the assignment easily.
Besides that, I was assigned to site visiting in the manufacturing area during working hours. I drive myself to the government department if there is work related.
I am also often delegated to attend course programs or events launched by government departments such as Invitation to MIDA Sustainability Forum, Invitation to Seminar on Intensifying Malaysian Capabilities to Boost the Medical Devices Sector, Invitation to MIDA Invest Series - Perak: Unfolding Its Business Potentials, Invitation to International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition & Conference Malaysia (IGEM), Invitation to MIDA Invest Series: Unfolding States’ Business Potential’ Johor and many more invitation located to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor and etc.
Finally, I am a fast learner. I also can work in team. I can give my opinion on work and accept any advice from anyone that can give good impact either me nor to my team worker.
