Average experience and no work life balanceThe good thingsLess support from employer when customers are being rude. Just gave orders and not much guidance. Very tiring job. Some days not much of work usually when little customers but if weekends or holidays too much work to do. The salary was less for the amount of work I did so its a bit demotivating.
The challengesProvide proper training and not just scold when mistakes happen. Encourage workers more and don't put too much pressure to sell membership card. But its a great experience for SPM leavers to learn about sales and other works but need to be independent.
