The challengesNo assistant helping so you need to take care everything by yourself. Hours of working until night 9pm. Work alone as pharmacist with no assistant so I need in charge of both poisons and non poisons (supplements), and others. I need to do stocks replenishment and change of planograms almost weekly sometimes with major shift of products (fast pace). Also, I manage stocks inventory (prepare for stocktake twice annually sometimes maybe more), audits quarterly and chase for sales (report), health services and store staffs products knowledge(supplements). Besides, I have to make sure the pharmacy counter and planograms display are up to standard and match the criteria. And most weekends need to work
