    The challenges•CEO and COO are husband and wife with different management styles and poor communication, sometimes leading to repeated or unclear tasks. •Office located in residential house area with roadside parking; staff concerns regarding parking/safety were not handled well. • CCTV monitoring, lunch clock in/out, daily reports, and frequent sudden daily meetings created a highly micromanaged environment. •No OT or parking claims for extra hours or event support.

    Great colleagues, but management and workplace policies made the experience challenging.
    The good thingsThe team and colleagues were supportive, friendly, and easy to work with. I learned a lot during my time there and appreciated the teamwork and working environment among staff members. The company also provided opportunities to handle different tasks and gain hands-on experience.
    The challengesManagement style could feel overly micromanaged at times, which made it difficult to work independently or efficiently. Communication and internal processes could also be improved. Parking was another challenge, as limited parking availability sometimes led to unnecessary complaints or stress for employees.

    Great learning and working experience
    The good thingsGreat exposure to the latest market trend in terms of digital marketing and technology. Working directly with the CEO, IT, and design teams. Be independent, and must take the initiative to execute the task. So far I unable to get the same working experience in other companies.

    Learn while you get paid
    The good thingsHave the opportunities to learn via different trainer while working here. Good environment and team here are helpful. Management team are open to accept the new ideas and inputs. Pre-planned working scheduler and we can plan it ahead by ourself with the HOD. No worry about the transportation and lots of free parking space.
    The challengesPeople here are fast pace and ourself need be creative and adapt to the action planned.

    biggest experience is that I have benefited a lot.
    The good thingsAfter an internship in this company for 3 months, the biggest experience is that I have benefited a lot! In my internship I am responsible for making  "Morning" pictures, short quotations video, financial and news, Douyin videos,  a short version of different subjects, etc. When dealing with different tasks, I learned many different aspects, such as: writing titles and caption, finding pictures, matching colors, do short videos, and finding music. This company is very good and takes everything seriously, big or small. Colleagues are also very easy to get along with, and they are willing to share their own experiences. When you encounter problems, they very willing to teach you.
    The challengesThe biggest challenge is to complete some first try projects.

    The good thingsI’m an intern in Customer Service of this company. During this three-month internship, I have learned a great deal, including the better customer communication skills, the bulid of good customer service consciousness, make good use of computer formulas for sorting customers' data and etc. These skills have really benefited me a lot, especially for me in the future. Besides, the colleagues here all very nice and are willing to share their knowledge with me.When I met something I don’t understand, they will patiently explain it to me and guide me well. Lastly, Wealth Mastery Academy has a great working environment and is also an efficient and systematic company. I felt vey happy to have an internship here!

    The good things'm getting a lot of opportunities to learn new things in this company! you can't imagine that I'm just an Intern! They provide a lot of major work for me to do, learn about something that I can't learn from the college~ Employees here are super kind and willing to share you their experiences. So, why not to give some chances for yourself to work in this company! I'm sure you will experience more than you expect~

    The good thingsDuring my 8 weeks internship, I had learnt on how to keep updated on current trends content and bring the traffic into our company. Besides, I learnt on where to get suitable content and stock up to feed audiences. Other than that, I had learnt different kind of design element that applied into different design works, ensure audiences feel comfortable with the design and reach a higher exposure and engagement rate. Last but not least, I had learnt how to write a perfect captions to support my posting to reach more audiences such as using hashtags.

    A good experience in WMA!
    The good thingsI have taken my internship at WMA in 12 October 2020. This is my first internship as a designer in digital marketing team and I have explored many skills in my design tasks. For example, I have learnt to draft and brainstorm suitable design for specific task, find out more templates and learn to fix with given title within specific timeline. Besides, I gained more understanding about design elements such as color, image, font and etc. During my internship, I have gained more experience and sharpen my design skill with the help of our seniors and leaders. This may be very helpful for my future after graduate from TAR UC.

    An Autonomous Working Experience
    The good thingsI started off a fresh grad and def learnt a lot in my one year experience here. All the staffs were really helpful and friendly. Everyone is treated equally and given the freedom to express ideas and opinions. The team is more like a family where we often had get-to-getter after working hours. Overall, Wealth Mastery Academy for a great place for me to improve myself and move forward to greater things professionally. Truly thankful to the bosses and staffs there for helping and guiding me for the past one year. Really miss the cosy office as well!
    The challengesThe only issue I had is the parking. The office is based in Mid Valley and the fee is expensive and the allowance provided for transport isn't enough to cover the fee. Plus, being an event company most time we are required to work on public holidays! Maybe, in the future can provide a higher allowance for transport and be consiberable with leaves.

    The challengesConsume way too much personal time. Not the suitable one it you seek for work life balance. Board of management seems lack of direction and always requests things that's unrealistic.

    The challengesPoor leadership. No clear direction. Never begin with the end in mind. Executives always change their mind or give unrealistic idea in the midst of meeting or discussion, making the work lagged behind or even no progress at all. Do not deliver what has been promised.

    The challengesAlways ready to learn something new even it's not part of your task. Most task would challenge you to learn it by yourself but the team always ready to assist you when needed. One way to improve oneself to success in the role.

    The challengesNeed to always standby to multi task on something that is not your tasks. Have to well prepared on last minutes task given. Sometimes have to get prepared on coaching by seniors when you meet challenges that it might be simple tasks on others' eyes.
