    Good place to learn
    The good thingsGood and helpful co workers and higher up. opportunity to learn Senior really tried their best to improve their team and im grateful for that Good bonus and overseas trip to local or asean country 3 times rest period per day
    The challengesSenior and higher up a bit straight and had their own way of doing thing small company, not much technical skill in quality control that can be learned Long working hours, sometimes need to work on weekend and until late night

    okay for starting your career as fresh grad
    The good thingsPeople and helpful and friendly towards new staff. Got annual dinner, company trip to asean country and yearly bonus.
    The challengesAlways in rush to finish project from customer, planning a bit on the bad side, boss kinda hot tempered but still helpful and willing to share knowledge. Not much to learn or increase skill in your dept but it depend on the person.

    The good thingsGood colleagues, good surrounding. People here is very friendly. They are willing to help and teach you. It is all about teamwork and do not worry if you are on mc. the team is there for you. Flexible timing for lunch as well. If you are good in time management, you can cope well for this job. good company benefit offers yearly company trip, dinner and etc on specific holidays.
    The challengesoverflowing enquiries. Sometimes you will need to stay late overtime to complete and meet those deadlines. Some customer may be hard to handle. Challenging work.

    The challengesMost design are from customer request, which means a lot of custom products. Need to be fast to complete a design. Sometimes when business is up, that mean workload will be over stress. But it does not mean you are alone, teamwork are crucial here. Colleague is a key to success.
