The challengesAlways in rush to finish project from customer, planning a bit on the bad side, boss kinda hot tempered but still helpful and willing to share knowledge. Not much to learn or increase skill in your dept but it depend on the person.

It is all about teamwork and do not worry if you are on mc. the team is there for you. Flexible timing for lunch as well. If you are good in time management, you can cope well for this job.
