Private School with Poor Leadership and Unfair PracticesThe good things(KLP) Most of the students are engaged in learning. If you're a dedicated teacher, they will respect you. Teaching is enjoyable, and the students are lovely.
The challengesI couldn’t include this in the JobStreet company review for WMSKL (Private), so I’m sharing it here since both schools are same campus. The principal and top management were poor in leadership — disorganized and profit-driven. No allowance was provided for extra duties like overtime, extra periods, or heavy roles. This led to unfair workload distribution, as some teachers handled significantly more than others. Extra tasks were often pushed onto teachers with the excuse of “it’s your duty.” To make matters worse, decisions from the superior could suddenly change within the same day, causing confusion and frustration. I wouldn’t recommend working in such a private school.
