Unfair system, favoritism ruled, hard work ignored.
The good thingsThey pay you on time.
The challengesMy experience at Wesley Methodist Private School was challenging and disheartening. Promotion opportunities often seemed based on loyalty to certain individuals rather than merit or performance. Favoritism was common, creating an uneven and discouraging work environment. Some teachers who were close to the headmistress were given lighter responsibilities or overlooked for disciplinary issues, while others were unfairly burdened. Despite my commitment to teaching and professionalism, it was difficult to thrive in such a biased and politically charged atmosphere. The experience taught me valuable lessons about integrity, workplace dynamics, and the importance of fair leadership.

Private School with Poor Leadership and Unfair Practices
The good things(KLP) Most of the students are engaged in learning. If you're a dedicated teacher, they will respect you. Teaching is enjoyable, and the students are lovely.
The challengesI couldn’t include this in the JobStreet company review for WMSKL (Private), so I’m sharing it here since both schools are same campus. The principal and top management were poor in leadership — disorganized and profit-driven. No allowance was provided for extra duties like overtime, extra periods, or heavy roles. This led to unfair workload distribution, as some teachers handled significantly more than others. Extra tasks were often pushed onto teachers with the excuse of “it’s your duty.” To make matters worse, decisions from the superior could suddenly change within the same day, causing confusion and frustration. I wouldn’t recommend working in such a private school.
