The good thingsIn this organization, I got freedom to strategy and manage my business plan without any interruption from management. A lot of high end product I can bring to the end user without any limitation in order to pursue the market.
The challengesDue Malaysia market is not doing well in business last year, I can't bring any new business to my organization. As sales person, bring business is the important thing to prove the KPI. After one year with Westcon, i am decided to leave because i can't contribute to the organization.
