    Relentless Pursuit of Better
    The good thingsWork-life balance considering WFH 3 times a week, great managers, colleagues and caring people. The salary band is higher than average similar positions in Asia, but relatively lower than that of the HQ in the U.S.
    The challengesVery minimal, considering in my role, aside from designing new templates for courses and collaterals, most processes branding and assets are reusable and have been established. Being self-motivated, meticulous with deadlines and most importantly communications with global colleagues across the organization is a huge rewarding challenge!

    The good thingsTo work under a professional management and to be a member of a big family working together and sharing experience to obtain the best possible services to the clients and keep working on our customers satisfaction,support and advise to be able to stay on top of the market ,finally reach the company's goal.
    The challengesTime management is a huge challenge in this company as each employee has a 1 hour break per day and you have to manage it to be able to have a lunch break and a dinner break and using the bathroom and most important of all is while having rush calls and the ability to control and manage each and every call time frame.
