Bhd. now has operations in 3 different locations which are West Malaysia, Bangladesh and Vietnam. In June 2006, Whitex Knitting Sdn. Bhd. was established in Malaysia to manufacture seamless undergarments, the first of its kind in Malaysia. Whitex Garments Sdn.     Please clear about culture in this company. Talk nicely but reality is so sad. You try the good thing but instead becomes wrong understanding by PIC doesn't have backgrounds of machine or process. The management only knows about production. I understand it your sale. But be careful when hire people because you could ruined some life.

    The challenges1.prayer time 2.punch time 4 x per day. 3.plant management 4. Poor engineering planning on the system built on cut cost system. 5.sudden rule to get your staff into conflict. 6. No team work. Management talk about it, but sadly, your operator or supervisor doesn't give that . Work on your own. 7. Payment OT Rm10 flat or RM5.
