Good for working experience but try to jump after 2 to 3 years working
The good thingsSalary + allowance makes your salary looks higher compare to other fresh grad
The challengesHybrid working but 3 days in the office is very ridiculous because the office located is compact with multiple of offices so parking is sooo hard. Team members are small so when you want to take annual leave, need to ensure there's backup or else your job may be piled up. Once you move to normal shift, no more night allowance. So your salary will drop.

WELL-RESOURCED AND STRUCTURED COMPANY WITH GREAT OPPORTUNITY.
The good thingsEveryone in the company are helpful and nice as they would lend a helping hand and giving advice alongside with guidance to help execute the task or job required. None the less, good training program will be provided as this will be given an opportunity to travel around to have a better exposure on the ground in the palm oil industry. Working environment is great and everything in the company is well-managed and discipline.
The challengesHave tons of things to learn but it would definitely trigger you to challenge yourself but its an experience which is far different comparing to other industry in the market.

Terrible office culture and lousy prospects
The good thingsSalary is the only decent aspect here
The challengesOffice culture here is very toxic, backwards and hierarchical. A lot of very outdated practices in general and an expectation that you must make the job your life. Management show zero concern for employees especially during covid season, prioritizing work over health. They are also quick to throw you under the bus for issues that were not even your fault, expect to just take it as seniors are always considered right over juniors and you won’t be given a chance to explain yourself. Also expect to be criticized over personal aspects of your life despite them being irrelevant to the job or your performance. There isn’t much career progression either, company values longevity over merit. Do not fall for the term ‘marketing’ either as you will not be doing anything related to ‘traditional marketing’ as this is a trading company.

    Multinational company with lousy management
The good thingsNothing is good, maybe the only good thg is you get your salary.
The challengesNo career prospects, lousy management. If you’re fresh grad who want a stable but no career advancement job, this place is best for you. If not, get away from it. You’re lucky if reading this cos I don’t usually write review.
