    Friendly environment
    The good thingsThe best thing for me is the working environment. For a shy person like me also can adapt well and fast to the working environment. New hire will be given a fair chance to prove their worth on why they should be absorbed to the company.
    The challengesWorkload :) . as this company quiet new to the industry..for the new hire, dont expect lesser work!
