    Working Environment Are Nice But Top Management Need To Be More Considerate!
    The good thingsThe staff welfare are good. Yearly bonus also well paid.
    The challengesThe management should consider the career advancement for long serving staff instead of hiring outsider. Furthermore, the management need to focus more on the feeling of staff at the lower management and try to guide/help them and not to make their staff so stressful everyday when come to work.

    My name Ainni. I'm 34 year old. I have experience in the field of clothing since 2008 until now. I am the leadership in the boutique with my assignment and responsibility to achieve monthly, weekly and daily targets. Other than that,I also carry out task such as clothes layout,monthly schedule, stock arrangements in store and handing the counting stock .
    The good thingsI hope here can give me the opportunity to get good reward, commissions and give me the opportunity to learn more in the field of clothing sales and I will do my best to be in this service if I am given the opportunity to be a family in this company.

    The good things1. The marketing and sales team are generally generation y, we understand each other work stress and always help each other whenever there are any help needed. 2. Within M&S team, among colleagues we are very good and friendly. We are like friends and seldom have political conflicts among each other.
    The challenges1. Different department do not help each other well. 2. HOD prefers the whole team to work late. 3. High employee turnover rate for the department which always results in staff short handed, therefore we are required to handle more task. 4. Poor management planning always results in urgent task to complete within a short time frame. 5. Learning, training and development are not provided.
