    Working Environment Are Nice But Top Management Need To Be More Considerate!
    The good thingsThe staff welfare are good. Yearly bonus also well paid.
    The challengesThe management should consider the career advancement for long serving staff instead of hiring outsider. Furthermore, the management need to focus more on the feeling of staff at the lower management and try to guide/help them and not to make their staff so stressful everyday when come to work.

Other than that,I also carry out task such as clothes layout,monthly schedule, stock arrangements in store and handing the counting stock .
