I am suggesting the company for young engineering that looking for experience.
The good thingsVery good for fresh engineer to learn manufacturing process and industry for electronic manufacturing services.
The challengesCar park is far from main entrance.
Not suitable for long term career progression.
The company is run by expats from China and Taiwan from highest top management to manager role so chance to go high level is thin.

During my one year tenure, I've understand how does high speed high volume EMS operates. Even tough I was assigned with new machines and new team there was proper cook book to guide and easy to adapt. Due to China's management team decision on shutting down the plant since huge money invested on the plant maintenance and low volume on PCB (SONOS project) I've decided to continue my job hunt.

The challengesUpper management always need Mandarin Speaker because the HQ from China
If work 7 days only you will get good salary because of OT but no family time they wont force you to do OT.
