    I am suggesting the company for young engineering that looking for experience.
    The good thingsVery good for fresh engineer to learn manufacturing process and industry for electronic manufacturing services.
    The challengesCar park is far from main entrance. Not suitable for long term career progression. The company is run by expats from China and Taiwan from highest top management to manager role so chance to go high level is thin.

    Overall okay If global impact no order they will control OT reduce people. Bonus 1 month depends on sales only less increment
    The good thingsWork environment and colleague. Can learn many things. MNC company
    The challengesUpper management always need Mandarin Speaker because the HQ from China If work 7 days only you will get good salary because of OT but no family time they wont force you to do OT.

    The good thingsI learned alot in Wistron. Many of benefits and improvement by Management. Free car park and nice food in company canteen.

    Excellent and friendly environment
    The good thingsI enjoyed working in wistron because of the cosy and clean environment provided by wistron. Moreover, having friendly colleagues and proper top management structure. In wistron I can learn more new skills and also update myself with new Knowledge.

    The good thingsWistron provides a very good environment to get train & improve your management & communication skills. I found a very big growing opportunity in here than others internationals company.
    The challengesDue to location issue, Digi internet doesn’t have a good signal & internet but company had provide inner internet to use for communication usage.
