The good thingsThere is birthday celebration for staff.
The challengesVery minimum training are provided. Most of the time you need to be independent and learn your own.The seniors or managers are unwilling to teach and blamed you for wasting their valuable time! Terrible office politics that can affect your job security! If you can't fit in their politic and gossip culture, you may suffer a lot !
