learning process in average stage, depends in what team you are. In my case I learnt a lot in design work. but less in technical aspects.The good thingsIf you are in design team :-
- you learnt a lot about design.
-you will deal directly with boss.
If you are in product team (playing with autocad and meetings etc)
-workload are higher since less staff are applied for large scale project (hospital - 6 staff only)
-dateline are every week.
-some staff did not give full commitment.
-working hours are extended until night.
The challenges-less benefit, no bonus, late EPF (delay for 3/4 months).
-to work up to your boss expectations.
-delay claims (mileage, tolls, etc)
-company own no transport, staff are using their own transport to go meetings etc
-working hours extended until night.
-short dateline notice
