    Startups are not for everyone
    The good thingsConsidering it is a startup, there are many good things to note such as determination and push to reach into new markets. Regarding the work, there isn't much supervision so if you like that, then working here probably suits you.
    The challenges• Lack of communication and support. • No mentor to guide if you feel stuck, to pair with high expectations on your end so be prepared to push yourself. • Small team means doubling up in terms of roles and responsibilities beyond your job scope.
