Dream EmployerThe good thingsThey really treasure their people. Many opportunities for upward and lateral moves. Staff development plan is taken seriously every year. Many opportunities to attend training locally as well as internationally. Plenty of opportunities to travel for business, summits and training. Work life balance is also view with utmost importance.
The challengesCompensation and benefits are below the industry standards but then again, this is a non-profit humanitarian organization and they are very prudent with the money they have been entrusted with. I used to travel business class and stay at 4-5 stars hotels but now its economy and 3-4 stars hotels. No big deal.
