    Friendly Environment but NOT RECOMMENDED
    The good thingsHelpful & friendly colleague. Always there to help & back up when you are in trouble.
    The challengesManagement are not reliable. Too much focusing on job done asap while using manual system. Bonus & increment given only to performing staff (read staff who are willing to work OT all day & along the weekend). No standardizing work, expect to back up staff on leave. Those who have commitment to family after office hour, do avoid this company at all cost.

    Pathetic excuse for a shared service company
    The good thingsThe only good thing about this company is the office location
    The challengesJust terrible. The management has no intent of improving the quality of work to help employees reach a better balance between their work vs life. Toxic employees are abundant as well as manager/assistant managers with the knowledge pool of a junior employee

    Bitter-sweet memories. But not recommended
    The good thingsThe location is ideal. Near to MRT. Colleagues are rather helpful.
    The challengesThe management focused too much on unimportant things and did not want to improve the SOP and system. The mid-managers are only concerned about the quantity not the quality of work. Do not trust the good reviews as the company will ensure the newcomers share their comments at the earliest. No work-life balance. This company is suitable for people who are super workaholic.

    Great environment, fun team
    The good thingsThe environment was great, senior and team members always supportive and helpful depends on team been placed. Luckily my team is superb and the manager super awesome. Various monthly activities for engagement and free breakfast once a week.
    The challengesThe work process can be improve to help employee be more efficient and do less OT. Workload can be stressful depends on opco.

    An average SSC with mediocre management
    The good thingsColleagues were helpful and office location is ideally situated next to the MRT.
    The challengesManagement were unrealiable and focused too much on things that do not improve the quality of your work. Interns would rather use AI for their reviews rather than articulating it themselves so that they may learn to better improve their speech skills. The operations that the SSC supports are fine as what you would expect however it is just the lower management for the MY SSC that are rather backwards thinking. It is stressful for the wrong reasons

    Senior Finance Analyst
    The good thingsPay is average. Location is ideal as it is directly connected with the MRT.
    The challengesBad manager and assistant manager that does not value the thoughts and ideas of its employees but instead only micromanages them. Not much to gain in terms of knowledge on the accounting and finance processes. Backwards office culture that does not have any flexibility on working hours unlike other shared services. Instead of prioritizing the job getting done, they place emphasis on getting into work on time. In a world of rapid growth and advancements to the working culture, the company is stuck in the old ways like a rock refusing to move as the stream changes its course.

    The good thingsI love the positive surrounding, the open office concept, the hybrid schedule. The salary is also quite good.

    The good thingsGood working environment, have a very supporting colleague & bosses. The salary payment also very good. Also, there's a lot of things can learn not just related to work but also for other things.
    The challengesSome of the system is manual but I think its good so that staff can learn more about accounting instead of relying 100% on the system. It also make us to think on how to improve the system/process so that we can become more creative when doing the job.

    I learned a lot because the system here is manual, so I got to experience everything from start to finish.
    The good thingsThe team and coworkers are extremely supportive, the facilities are excellent, and we were able to bond during our lunch break. This company also offers a hybrid work environment.
    The challengesAs we do a manual process here, we got many workloads but then it's good to enhance our skills to get a solid knowledge.

    Hold a special place in my heart this SSC, but will never look back!
    The good thingsBest part is the colleagues who is very helpful in many ways. Good for starter and intern who wants to feel SSC experience.
    The challenges-Micromanaging level is top notch. Noticed that, they are bosses, not leader. - No empathy and trust at all. -No work-life balance. If you're workaholic, I recommend this SSC.

    Manual Process and Tight Schedule
    The good thingsNear LRT and shopping mall.
    The challengesThe company is good for fresh graduate because it can build a strong foundation in accounting. However, The system is too outdated and almost 90% manual process with tight schedule. You need to bear in mind that you do internal and external job in this company. Basically no work balance. You need to standby 24 hour. The company also didn't provide a proper training to the employee. If you can work under pressure and sacrifice you time and weekend. Then you can go for it.

    The challenges1. High employee turnover 2. Extremely high workload and no work life balance at all. 3. Team lead blames subordinates for their shortcomings 4. Manual system, a lot of manual cosmetic jobs and uncertain workflow. 5. Really bad management 6. Expect no bonus Avoid this company at all cost.

    Helpful and friendly colleagues, good leaders and managers
    The good thingsThe colleagues here are helpful and friendly. Ever-ready to help those in need. Work-life is quite balance if you can accept super-crazy hours during closing, because during off-peak, very relaxed time. The promotion opportunity is quite okay. Good and friendly leaders and managers who are patience in explaining.
    The challengesThe accounting software is quite bad. Too manual tasks to transfer numbers to reporting tool. Will be great if system can be automated. Also, it's quite normal nowadays for 13th month bonus. If they can give that, will be great. HR policies are created through global, not in sync with local needs at times.
